Your crabs are always steamed to order. Pressure steamed to perfection, we use a special blend of seasoning that Jimmy and Sue (the owners) created to "wow" your tastebuds. If it's too spicy for you, ask for your crabs to be steamed with Old Bay, or a mix of half ours, and half Old Bay. But if cooking them at home is more your style, ask for them live!
